In Year 2 we have been thinking about Poppies and why they are worn at this time of year. We had visitors from The Salvation Army and The Royal British Legion who helped us understand the importance of Remembrance Day and why it is an important date in the calendar each year.
After learning about this special day, we wanted to show our respect for all the soldiers who have fought for our country.
