Last Tuesday, Year 3 had an amazing, fulfilled day where they came in dressed up as Egyptians from the past and completed a range of exciting activities. We had to escape puzzle tombs by cracking codes in hieroglyphics and working as a team! The children found this really exciting and were so eager to escape and luckily all the children beat the tomb!

We also made scarab beetles from clay which Egyptians wore in the afterlife to protect them, Egyptian board games and wrote secret messages to our friends in hieroglyphics.

All the children including the Year 3 staff had a fabulous day!

Have a look at our exciting photos.
