Year 5 have been inspired by Kandinsky
As part of our art and maths curriculum, we looked at the abstract artist Wassily Kandinsky. A Russian artist, he used shapes to create many of his pieces of abstract work. He was also very keen and inspired by the music he listened to. His favourite was Wagner. We chose slightly different styles of music but were equally inspired. All our work is displayed along the Year 5 corridor.
