This week was International week at Richard Albion and Year 3 looked at the beautiful and tropical islands of          Trinidad and Tobago.

Students immersed themselves by learning about the geography , history, music, culture and food all week and produced some outstanding pieces of work including non chronological reports about the country, beautiful pieces of art work of the country’s national flower (The Charconia) and some really in depth work regarding the crops and history of the flag.

 

Working on drawing a Charconia using pastels, pencils and watercolours.

 

Our work was displayed in the dining hall during the international food festival on Friday.
